Near Nerd Warranty Policy

Certified Pre-Owned Device Warranty

Every Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) device from Near Nerd undergoes a complete multi-point inspection, functional testing, and quality certification to ensure top performance and reliability.

Warranty Coverage:

• Duration: 60 days from the original date of purchase
• Coverage: Manufacturing defects only

What’s Not Covered:

• Any form of physical or liquid damage
• Accidental drops, cracks, or impact damage
• Unauthorized repairs, software modifications, or rooting/jailbreaking
• Issues caused by user-installed apps, updates, or software conflicts
• Normal battery wear or cosmetic imperfections

If your CPO device develops a verified manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Near Nerd will provide free repair service or, when repair is not possible, a replacement device of equal value.

Accessory Warranty

All accessories sold by Near Nerd — including chargers, cables, earphones, cases, and screen protectors — are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear
• Physical or cosmetic damage after purchase
• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Warranty Claim Process

1. Visit any Near Nerd store with your product and original proof of purchase.
2. Our technician will inspect and diagnose the issue.
3. If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Additional Terms

• Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Near Nerd or authorized Near Nerd partners.
• Coverage is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
• Warranty service may be denied if the device shows signs of tampering, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
